Between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2012, every Realtor® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics Training. The NAR policy requires that Realtors® take ethics training within given four-year cycles and continue to update their education in successive four-year periods thereafter. Failure to comply with this required ethics training is a violation of a membership duty for which the member's primary association will suspend membership until the training is complete.
PAAR offers Ethics Training throughout the year which will satisfy not only the Ethics requirement but also qualify for Elective CE Hours. See the PAAR Education Calendar of Events below for more info.
